Black & White beach classic
The beach is one of my favorite places in the world, I love it with my husband & son, I also love it when it is me all alone! I feel a inner peace I am at beach, It is like the waves bring in tranquility & take away your worries. I always finding myself thanking God for the beach & all its glory.
I truly believe the reason that I love working with pearls, mother of pearl, and shells is that it reminds me of my favorite place. But on the other hand, pearls are just pretty. They always have been, they always will be.
Another always has been always will be is black and white. Classic, beautiful, sexy, and just a perfect combination. Here I am showing a little bracelet with my favorites together. I hope you enjoy! And yes I know - bundle together next time as my son likes to say!

Bundle It !
My director of marketing, a.k.a. my 8 year old son said, Mommy if you REALLY want to make some money you need to bundle your jewelry when you sell it! Also, he told me that you need to put things that look good together next to each other when displaying!! What is not to love about a little boy that has a action plan.
Lately my action plan has gotten off track when it has come to blogging! It is time to make a commitment. How I wish I were one of those blogger's that can get on each & every day &really put out engaging & well delivered material. That is not me : (.
What I can do is a few pictures up of what I am doing in my studio! I would take a picture of these two Biwa Pearl on antiqued copper
chain pieces together, but before I could, I sold the necklace at a trunk show this past weekend! I did however display the pieces together & had her try on the bracelet as well! This is a learning process for me, and I am so happy to have it! Time to get back to work!

Dad's Christmas Gift
My family always draws names for Christmas every year. Dad's name is the one we always shy away from, simply because he has everything. He is just hard to shop for.
This year I requested Dad's name, I had a plan. A table for the beach. A table made out of the wood from the house at the farm. A house that is about 150 years old, in bad shape, and could probably be blown over by the big bad wolf!
Warren armed with his hard hat, boots, saw and cell phone went in. I was a nervous wreck, what if something happened to him, we were in the middle of NOWHERE! Some time later out comes my sweet husband caring arm fulls of wood. He was safe, the wood was even more beautiful than I dreamed.
Warren, and Mac both helped me in the building of the table. It turned out beautifully! I was so proud of it, Most of all, my dad loved it! That all I really wanted for Christmas!
